Srinath has been a Strategic counsel for over 28 years, with leading corporates across diverse sectors. He is an Independent Director across multiple sectors. He is also an advisor to Corporate Boards & Promoters/Founders on transformation initiatives - from succession planning to business scaling.
He coaches & mentors senior leaders across multiple industry sectors. He writes weekly OpEds in various Indian and international media on the topics he works with. His earlier published books include ‘Time for Bharat’ and “Newsprint to Heartprint”. He is a Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation. He is a Visiting Faculty at leading academic and regulatory training institutions.

Suyash Sanjay Agrawal
Suyash is the co-founder of DialESG and Bharat Clean Rivers Foundation. He is leading, conceptualizing and executing all strategies, new business generation, and global partnerships.
Having an international background in finance, he is a steadfast entrepreneur, investor, and board member. He worked on several ventures including vertical farming, sustainable food systems, waste to wealth among others. He has a keen interest in businesses across agriculture, education, healthcare, climate-tech and AI. He has worked in Mumbai, London and Bangalore across diverse financial services.
He is a Chartered Accountant, an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School, London, and has completed a Diploma in the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF). He was recently awarded the Global Competent Board Designation (GCB.D) in ESG from Competent Boards, Canada, and Certified in ESG by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
He serves as the Youngest-ever Elected Member on the Board of the All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) and Finance and Strategy Advisor for the Rising World Foundation.
