Ltd. Evolving from a background in Audit, Tax and Consulting, Mr. Haribhakti seeks to create enduring value for companies and organizations he is involved in, by being a deeply engaged Independent Director. For two years, he served on the Standards Advisory Council of the IASB in London and was Chairman of NPS (National Pension Scheme) Trust from 2015-2017.

CA Sanjib Sanghi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possesses a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. Mr. Sanghi is presently a senior partner at Desai Haribhakti & Co and holding the position of Treasurer at EIRC-ICAI. Sanjib is Chairman of the IT Committee for Eastern India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Merchant Chamber of Commerce (MCC), Direct Tax Professionals Association (DTPA), Association for Corporate Advisors and Executives (ACAE), and Madhya Kolkata CPE Study Circle.
