Katy Dalal has had a distinguished academic career, having won the Wordsworth Scholarship and a gold medal at the Inter Arts Examination of the Bombay University. She completed her PhD in Archaeology from Pune University and is a specialist on the Pre-Harappan Pottery industry. Having unique skills in cooking and a wealth of family recipes, she decided to pass on this legacy, by authoring cook books such as Jamva Chaloji and Pulaos and Biryanis.
